Tokyo Nugget #1: Blue skies in winter

There are many lovely things about Tokyo but they may not spring to mind when you think about this hectic hub of corporate action and oh-so-cool trends. So, I’m starting a new series of posts called “Tokyo Nuggets” where I talk about hidden or little-known pieces of information about this city.

So today’s Tokyo nugget is: winter is not dreary, but actually bright and gorgeous.

Tokyo’s a concrete metropolis but the cerulean hue way up there makes the cold a little bit more bearable.
